I guess it went okay. They're very good. We didn't used them but they're very good. They come back with a quote. Very, very nice people. Very nice man I spoke with. I had called them and they came, I think, the very next day for the quote. They came out and looked at the area here and we got a quote, I think, about a week later. The quote was $5500 with the extra tank that we needed to put in from Aspire and $4500 without the tank. We didn't know it at the time when I spoke with the man but we found out later from our sewage enforcement officer that we did need the tank. They just kind of checked the area that was out here that we already had the drain field in and we spoke to them. Like I said, very, very nice people. That was pretty much it because there wasn't much else they could do. They were at least an hour away but they were willing to come here and do it. We started looking around closer to home and that's why chose the person closest to home then to do the job. We still haven't had it done yet but the other company is going to do it. If they were closer, we would use them. There was another man that he brought with him and they were both very nice. Sometimes you do go with local people, too. But as far as Aspire is concerned, they're a very good company. When I called, he called back. I would recommend them for their professionalism and their promptness. We just decided because we got a better price close to home, we decided to use it.

He is excellent. He is prompt, honest and straightforward. He doesn't try to take you over and do something that doesn't need to be done. He gets back to you in a timely manner when you call, it is usually within the same day, sometimes it is only minutes later. He is really good at what he does. I have recommended him to many people around town.
