+ -1 moreI wouldn't consider using anyone else but Elite Services. Karen and Mike are professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy and friendly. Their work is excellent.
Description of Work: When I first moved into my home three years ago they designed and installed new landscaping including removal of the old bushes and plants. They have been mowing my lawn for the past three years. Several times a year I have them do clean ups including weeding, trimming, new planting etc.

+ -1 moreThey mowed my lawn and trimmed the ditch in front of my property every two weeks for the last two years. This year they mowed part of my lawn at the end of April and then again at the end of May after I called and complained. I am in my seventies, I cannot trim the ditch any more. They did an excellent job the last two years. This year they mowed only part of my lawn, My lawn now has weeds two feet high. When I called to complain, they said that they would mow every week but they have not been here for a month. Their business is located about 3 blocks from me. I don't understand how they could be so good for two years and now this year total garbage.

+ -1 moreThe person I spoke with was very polite and sent someone later that day to look at the property. My mother lives there and wanted some mulching and trimming of shrubs and bushes done. There were two people in the truck that came to look at the property, the one younger person did not get out. My mom said the person in the truck kept rolling his eyes and laughing as she showed the other person around the yard. The person she spoke with seemed completely disinterested in the job and I guess that's correct, because we never got the quote. I guess our house isn't and quot;ELITEand quot; enough to garner the same attention these other people rave about. We ended up having Stubenhoefer do the work because they actually wanted to do it.
Description of Work: Called them to get an estimate on landscaping.

+ -1 moreThe work crews vary and sometimes seem rushed to the extent that some areas are not fully mowed. Equipment seems well maintained and grass seems to be cut with sharp mower blades. They do a great professional looking edging and clean-up job too. Highly recommend total services.
Description of Work: Beginning the second year of weekly lawn mowing service. They appear as scheduled and will alter to suit my needs. Very responsive and when I needed a service they didn't provide, the owner researched and referred two qualified providers. Great customer service and I generally get to talk with a human being when I call...unless she's out on a job. Pleasure to deal with this family run business.

+ 1 moreI never have any complaints with Elite because they always make sure I'm happy. Their help is also as nice as the owners. The work is always done fast and just the way you want.
Description of Work: I just love this company. They are very knowledgeable and do everything they can do please the customer. Always return my phone calls promptly and are very willing to do whatever is within their ability to satisfy you. They have good suggestions and keep within your budget.
