Description of Work: Provider never responded to my inquiry regarding an estimate. I wound up calling them directly to schedule service. Technicians are scheduled to come to the house, but it's not clear exactly what they are going to do; simply sweep, or sweep and inspect....? They gave me a four hour window of arrival, rather than an actual appointment time so I have no idea what time to expect them. Very inconvenient.

Prompt, courteous and well done.
Description of Work: Chimney sweeping and inspection. During cleaning they noticed some mortar joints that had come loose inside the flue. They used a camera to show us where the problem was. They applied a fireguard system to the inside of the fireplace flue to re-mortar the joints between the terra cotta flue liners. They also installed a stainless steel multi flue cap and patched a hole in the crown of the chimney. Our house is 10 years old and we had no idea our chimney had these problems. They recommended fixing it before we used it again. These repairs prevented us from having a house fire. Very thankful to Wells for the thorough inspection.
