I would love to give them 5 stars, I'm still waiting for them to get back to me about cost of finishing the fix. Joe is great, nice guy and very personable. Could fix the drain, said they would email me a quote the next day and I have not received it.

Joe and Brian were very helpful, they gave me a fair bid and replaced the system. They discovered that my water pressure was way to high so came back out today and put in a water reducing valve and it was a huge eye opener to me, when I use water or the furnace kicks on I don't have banging rattling pipes. I would highly recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Joe was very courteous and competent. Came within a few days. Everything fixed and running smoothly. No drips. I will gladly use him again for any future plumbing needs

A very truthful, reliable , thorough and competent company. On time and efficient. They even ran a camera unit through the sewer line to show me what the initial problem was ( roots clogging pipes) and to show me that system was now free and clear of obstructions as well showing the location of the clog. All this for a fair price well under the cost of any other competitor. Including the big names such as Roto-Rotor. I would use them again should I have other plumbing issues and would highly recommend them to others.

I hired Palmerio Plumbing to replace the gas line going to my kitchen stove after discovering a leak in the old line. The new gas line installation was very neat and done in a very timely manner. Their work area was spotless after the job was complete. Joe, Brian, and Dave were all very prompt, polite, and professional.

Joe is very trust worthy and has his customer's concern in mind whether you hire him not. Very thorough and highly experienced.

Would 100% recommend Palmerio! I got an immediate call even though it was late at night, and they were able to replace the water heater first thing in the morning. Very up front about the cost which I appreciated. Super friendly as well!

Well, the only thing I wished I would've had done was insist on the parts that were promised being installed. I was initially quoted the price for a 6-year warranty Rheem electric hot water heater, of which I did a sizable amount of research on prior, reading testimonials, and what not. Then, on install day, they installed a similar Bradford White hot water heater, which I knew nothing about. Still, I have hot water now, but if something goes wrong, I am going to insist on a re-install for a new Rheem hot water heater like was discussed previously.

Joe also installed a humidifier and modified the duct work to accommodate it. Joe is honest, courteous, does what he promises for the price he promises and stands behind his work. This is the 3rd job we've hired him for this year -- he is consistently the very BEST! A professional who cares and does excellent work!
