Very friendly professional service

I was at my wit's end. I had had a master bathroom 'whistling pipe' problem for almost 2 months which my other, very competent honest plumbers had not been able to diagnose or fix. I decided it needed 'fresh eyes' and looked for a master plumber with a license, hard to find in PA (compared to NJ). I called Joe, played him the phone recording of the noise, he said "I know what it is" and he did. The other plumbers had looked at the toilet vale but didn't find any problem with it. The noise was heard coming from the shower wall where the plumbing was, which is strange but true. My original guys had done everything from replace a bad cartridge in my shower faucet, think it was the well filters needing replacement, found and fixed a pinhole leak in the shower wall which they thought might have occasionally been leaking air when the pressure changed and might have been the problem, and finally replaced the plumbing on the shower itself (copper to plex). Still it happened. Whistling pipes any hour of the day or night, no rhyme or reason. I scheduled Joe the next day after I called him and he came out with his friendly sidekick Mo and had it diagnosed and fixed within about an hour. He knew it had to be the toilet fill valve. He kept turning the bathroom faucet on and off for maybe 5 minutes, and he reproduced the noise, which no one else had been able to do! I had him replace all 3 toilet fill valves just to be on the safe side. It's been a few days and no more whistling! He even complimented the other plumber's work on replacing the shower pipes! He was on the dot for the appointment, was as lovely a person as one could hope for, and to top it off - it was his birthday! Joe, I hope you had a very happy birthday! God bless you. You saved my sanity, which after 2 months of pipe whistling day or night, was very fragile! Hire them. Do not hesitate. They are fabulous.

I hired Palmerio to fix a leak in a sink assembly. The technician (Chris) was extremely professional and did a high quality job replacing the assembly. The price was also very competitive. I would look at these guys first for any additional plumbing work in the future.

I was a nervous customer. We had a problem with a rental property that was not close to our home. Joe was quick to respond to our initial call and kept us well informed of his arrival. He did the work needed quickly and did not waste any time or money in doing what needed to be done. He immediately called to report the results and that the job was complete. To be clear this was a job that someone less honest could have easily taken advantage of us with!! I would recommend this company highly because of the honesty & workmanship that they showed!!

I would use this service again if needed. They gave me a great competitive quote and worked with me on the the price if I did prep work before they arrived to do the actual plumbing. They did everything that was in the quote 100% and I was not disappointed in the workmanship.
