Needed a new hot water heater, he came out the next day and not only completed the job flawlessly, but also ended up servicing my heater that wouldn't kick on and replaced a handheld shower that had broken off. I had deadlines the next day and lets just say that he stayed late knowing that he was going to finish the job. he removed old cast iron tub n installed new fiberglass tub, drain and fixtures. I would have charged more just for putting up with my one dog barking all day n nite but Joe never complained once (to me) . when I need plumbing work to be done Joe is the man! regards Mike D.

Joe is a real pro and easy to adapt to changes. He worked well with the building code official and accommodated other professionals working on the bigger project.

because of emergency i didn't get chance to call others for their hrly price.so don't honestly know how great the price as.but he quoted me that price before arriving and concluded with that price.i've seen way worst. of the 7 or 8 choice of professional matched for me they were the only one from say 11am to 6pm that took the initiative to call me back after i filled out home advisors ifo sheet for a selection of professional choices.everything else was perfect.i wil ty them again.will also refer them to my family friends and strangers.lol!

I had an excellent experience. He was courteous and very knowledgable about my problem. The work was finished in a timely manner and he cleaned up any debris. The price was reasonable in fact it was cheaper than the last contractor I used for the same problem. I also got a 1 yr warranty for parts and service. It was a pleasure.

Really like the prompt service to get hot water running again in our home. We dropped a HomeAdvisor request around 2:00PM, got a call within 15 minutes or so and they came out that night and had the new H2O heater in by 9:30PM. We also had them come back to replace a few H2O lines in our hall bath. Highly recommend Palmerio Plumbing for service and quality.
