Description of Work: Main valve on dwelling side of meter is dead. Gerry installed new ball valve and pip union on the vertical main water line. I've had Gerry to my house a few times. Installed a gas valve in kitchen and installed pressure regulator. I think Gerry is great and is on the top of my list for any plumbing work needed. He's very professional, in and out, and completes the job with a lot of confidence.

+ 0 moreOnce they got the order to go ahead from our home warranty company, they were at our home within a day or two. The final result was very good. They cleaned up well and were kind, courteous, and friendly.
Description of Work: He replaced both of our hot water heaters at different times, which were covered under our home warranty policy. The whole process took an hour to do each water heater with two techs.

+ -1 moreThey were punctual. It's a husband and wife team, so you have the husband out in the field doing the work, but the wife does not always know the exact prices, so it's a little bit confusing.
Description of Work: I have used Gerry McKown Plumbing & Drain Cleaning. They changed some outside faucets and hoses in the yard.
