ASG Security

ASG was referred to me by someone. Russell came to give me a quote and offered to install equipment including a panic button for $99 but later he wanted to charge me when he wrote up the order. I wanted to get shorter term contract and he told me that it would be 3 year contract but he wrote up 5 year contract. Technician that came out to install the alarm smoked his cigarettes and threw the cigarette butt in the trash can inside the business (mind you, I have clothing business and it did not occur to him that smell will ruin my merchandize). My business got burglarized and they left me a voicemail on my cell phone and attempted to call my home phone. The person they spoke with did not speak English and had no idea what they were talking about. However ASG considered that a notification and did not call other people on the list. They are bunch of lairs.

The process went well, and we're happy with the alarm installed. ASG had taken over the company who had installed the previous alarm. So, we found them by accident. They were the first company we got a quote from, and the salesperson, Forrest Lin, was very good. He was very patient as we got quotes from 3 other alarm companies. He answered questions that came up throughout the process of us getting other estimates, and was responsive and quick to answer our questions. When he came out initially, he had the product with him, and was able to show how it would work and what it would look like. (Surprisingly, the other companies did not do that). After install, he was quick to respond to question about crediting our account with money we saved on install. He also came back out to the house to give us extra stickers and signs for the yard. Installation went well. The technician, Mike, was professional, courteous, and helpful. He was knowledgable about the product and the de-activation of the previous alarm, and did everything in a way that saved us money on the installation. He was very thoughtful and helpful in placing motion detectors to get the most coverage and least risk of our cat accidentally setting off the pet immune motion detector. (not placing it focused on stairs, as cat going up stairs could accidentally trigger it). We are happy with the product so far. It's easy to use, with various features for a lot of convenience. I'd definitely recommend them, based on my experience so far.
