ULTIMATE GRANITE SURFACES

We liked the selection of colors that were available at UGS. Their staff came was very professional in both the measurement process and the installation. We were quite pleased with the finished product.

Initially contacted UG to 1) quote and reinstall existing basement granite and 2) to quote the purchase and installation of marble for our new master bath vanity, shower bench and threshold pieces. It took several calls, emails and an email from our interior designer to the owner (they'd worked together previously) to get an initial response from the company. Finally heard back, got a quote for the basement granite reinstall and set up an appointment to look at marble for the bathroom vanity. At that appointment, we finalized the details of the bathroom project UG would quote. It took over a month, including multiple calls and emails, from that appointment to receiving the quote for the master bath work. We changed the design once and received a revised quote 9 days after requested. Four days after receiving the revised quote, I sent the first of several calls and emails to try to schedule them to come take measurements and actually begin the project. We simply never heard back, so we went elsewhere. They may do wonderful work, but having worked in a service business, I will never understand vendors that don't respond reasonably promptly to calls and/or emails from customers.

UGS is amazing! Their staff is friendly, very professional and competent. Pat worked with my wife and I to find the perfect slab for the outdoor kitchen. Then patiently worked with us as we searched for the granite for our new kitchen. We of course fell in love with a sample in their stock that was no longer available. But Pat worked to find us slabs for our job. We had one hiccup between templating and installation of the granite. Yet happily Tony the Production Manager worked with me to resolve it. The craftsmanship is 2nd to none in my opinion. Even more impressive is how much the installers love working for this company and take pride in their work; a rarity in the trades today. The best referral.... they are getting ready to fabricate countertops for my master bath. No need to shop for stone elsewhere as they are constantly bringing in slabs. Very custom work. Detailed measuring and excellent installation. Everything fit like it should. Installers took their time and went over seams to the point that you cannot even see the seems anymore. Awesome and beautiful work!

Excellent. We had used another granite company and we had to fire that company due to their complete incompetence. We hired Ulitmate Granite and explained to them that we had removed all of our counter tops and sinks and we were living like campers. They were able to assist us in choosing counter tops and installation was expedited. (Thanks to Chris!) Pat was our salesperson and she is fantastic. She was extremely helpful in helping us choose the perfect counter top for our design preferences. Pat listens to your concerns and she intuitively knows where to direct you for some great choices. I am so glad that we chose Ultimate Granite. The installation went smoothly--Max and Jordan were punctual and professional. The seam is barely noticeable. Our kitchen and bathroom look gorgeous. Attempted to change deal mid-stream that would have added additional costs. Large gaps between walls and backsplash of granite. Attempt to seam granite for kitchen counter is a total mismatch and obvious seam. Installer said, and quot;seams always show.and quot; Power to new dishwasher now doesn't work. No one has returned emails or phone calls about how does this get fixed. Regret not having checked here first.

We contacted them giving them the plans for what we were looking at having done for the kitchen layout. They were supposed to call us back that day, but will still have not received a call from them

We chose not to buy from them because we felt that they were hard to deal with. Their price was ok but the method of dealing with customers was unacceptable to us.

We were referred to Ultimate Granite by a relative who had a great experience from start to finish with them for their kitchen project. We immediately loved this particular slab. We did visit other granite companies just to be sure. The exception thing about Ultimate Granite is that they are the seller and the fabricator all in one. It was nice dealing with just one company. Everyone at Ultimate Granite is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We dealt with approximately 5-7 different folks from Ultimate Granite throughout our project and have nothing but good to say about them all. They make you want to invite them over when it is finished to see and celebrate what they were a part of. Remodeling a kitchen from the studs up can be such a stressful experience on everyone involved. Dealing with Ultimate Granite was a stress-free experience. Not only stress-free, but actually enjoyable.
