Never received a return call. I feel like I got some general call center that takes your info. Promised a quick call and three weeks later - nothing. I had multiple projects I was interested in them doing. Very bad if you can’t return a call.

Two years in a row someone said they would set up a time give me an estimate and two years in a row I never heard back.

Called 4 days in a row, email and messaging. Not one call back until 4th day and then he said an estimate would take another 4 days and service another week after that. No communication for 4 days. They have answering service that doesn't work, don't trust it. Worst customer response I have ever seen.

I saw a crew for the Grounds Guys cleaning my neighbor’s yard. I asked if they could give me an estimate for branch removal from my front yard due to a recent storm. Within an hour Adam came to my front door and gave me what I thought was a reasonable estimate. Within 2 hours he had his crew clean all of the leaves and branches removed from my yard.

Adam and his team are fantastic! Whenever I am in a bind and need them to come out right away they fit me into their schedule - even if it means being out in the rain! Their work is impeccable and I always get compliments on what they have accomplished. They take all debris away and are always at my home working in a very professional manner. Another great thing about The Grounds Guys is that they always try to keep their work as cost efficient for me as possible. I would absolutely recommend them to everyone!

Adam Graswick, the owner, is knowledgeable in what he does. He was very responsive to questions or needs we had about our yard. We could always count on them to mow our yard on our scheduled day. They also performed mulching as well as installed new landscaping to our front and back, replacing old overgrown shrubs. We just moved from the area, but would highly recommend The Grounds Guys of Wexford for all of your lawn and landscaping needs. A+

Excellent - very professional. Adam stopped by to look at the scope of the cleanup and three wonderful workers came on time and worked harder than anyone I have ever seen! Will certainly have them back for more work. Very, very pleased.

Adam and his team carefully analyzed my property, made recommendations and quoted me a fair price. The biggest change has been in the quality of the work and how they responded to every request without fail. I've never had anyone comment on 'how good your lawn looks' over the past 10 years. In the past two weeks, I've had several folks mention that "you must be doing something different because I've never seen you lawn look this good!" They also took their time in carefully trimming all of bushes and trees so that things never looked 'chopped' or broken up. I highly recommend Adam and the Grounds Guys team!

Called three times asking for a quote. Each time I was told that they would prioritize my call. Never got a quote. Never got a call back

Just started new service and off to a solid start.

No answer to requests for estimates. Apparently they are busy enough.

I called to get an estimate on some landscaping that I wanted to have done. We scheduled the appointment, and then when he showed up, he was very nice and thorough. I was primarily interested in adding and removing some shrubs and fixing up the mulch beds, but I did inquire about a french drain because of some water issues in the yard, so he measured for the drain as well. He said he would send me an estimate within a week or two, and I never heard back from him. I can only imagine he was scared off by the thought of installing a french drain. I would have preferred if he just would have been honest and said that they don't really do them or that he wasn't interested in that, but I never heard anything back from him at all. Very unprofessional.

Routinely mowed on Mondays, with some exceptions. Price was reasonable for yard size. They were the second cheapest by price, but work quality was good.

When you call you get a main operator (I guess this is a franchise) who takes your information and says the local business will return your call "later tonight or tomorrow morning." I got a call back about a day and half later, not prompt but -- not a big deal. When I talked to the scheduler, I explained I was looking to put my house on the market and needed the work to be done soon -- so if they couldn't accommodate that, it probably wasn't worth their time to do the estimate. She assured me it could be within a reasonable time. Adam came out to do the estimate... I reiterated my timing and that I was putting the house on the market... Adam started to suggest ideas for my yard -- all good I'm sure, but not what I needed at the time. I asked him to get me an estimate for the mowing, the mulching, and installing some river rock where water was washing away the mulch (his idea). He said he'd get it to me asap. I never heard back. I can understand if Adam and the Ground Guys are more interested in spending time with customers who won't be moving (and thus losing that business), or if they are too busy at this time of year to do the work (others have told me so up front and I have understood and moved on). But what I don't understand is the total lack of follow-up when you are trying to run a business. Instead of that courtesy, I ended up waiting, and waiting, and losing more time in finding someone who COULD and WOULD do the work for me. If i did that my job... I'd be out of a job pretty quickly.

Honesty of the owner that I dealt with. He was straight forward, didn't try to sell more services that were needed. Trustworthy, felt very comfortable doing work with them. The quality of the work was outstanding.

They did a good job. They were prompt and cleaned up the mess to my expectation.

Adam and his crew did a great job keeping my yard in shape while I was on vacation. And it was great not having to mow the lawn right after getting back for a change. They did a more thorough job of trimming than I typically do, so that was a plus as well. I though the cost was reasonable as well. it typically takes me 75 to 90 minutes to cut this lawn and their charge was $55 to do this.

I called for an estimate, was assured someone would call back that night (the next morning would have been ok), 48+ hours later....still nothing. I won't and don't do business with people who do not return calls in a timely manner. Poor business.

Adam arrived on time and seemed quite knowledgeable and offered concrete and relevant suggestions. Adam measured and said that he would have an estimate in a few days. That was May 31. Today is June 20. I have not heard a word. It would have been more professional for the company to say that they did not want to perform the services rather than not respond at all. Adam did ask about a budget, but I had no idea about the cost of this type of project. So, I did not offer a figure. Adam did not offer a ball park estimate. The company had positive reviews, but I am disappointed.

Went very well, very professional, polite, proactive. I will use them again for other lawn care and yard work.

Very pleased. I was promptly contacted and the work was completed on my preferred date. The work was outstanding and I would definitely use their services again. I highly recommend this company. True professionals.

Adam did a very good job planning and executing the project. His communication and professionalism were excellent. I was very happy with the end result. I previously had a less than great experience in trying to initiate this request. There were issues getting the request to Adam. He apologized and owned up to the problem, and promised to take care of it and provide a quality service. Adam followed thru on his promise and did a great job. I would use Adam for future projects without hesitation.

Stayed in contact until an appropriate time to perform the work could be agreed upon. Showed up at the agreed time. Did the work as specified. Left. All as it should be with any contractor.

Great communications and work was done very. Team was fast but thorough, in addition to being friendly and courteous. Would definitely recommend!
