Description of Work: I gave Adam Graswick the benefit of the doubt, but I've waited long enough. I called and left a message for The Ground Guys of Wexford on Wednesday 4/26/2017 inquiring about a landscaping estimate. Two days later, Friday 4/28/2017 I received an email from Adam asking for some dates and times we were available. First of all, I think most people would expect a phone call in return, and how did he get my email address?? I responded that evening with times available for Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday of the following week. As of today, Wednesday 5/3/2017, I haven't heard back from him, not by phone or email. BTW, I check my Junk Mail folder all the time so please don't say you sent one and my phone is working just fine. Where did common business courtesy and consideration go? If you're too busy to take on new jobs, at least have the courtesy of calling or emailing. I still think that emailing a potential client is bad business, but at least it's some form of contact.

Description of Work: Adam is the owner. He is VERY responsive and is well informed. Takes as much time (on site) as you need to figure out the best approach to solving landscape problems. Listed the work to be done and then told me which of the Angie's deals to purchase. Besides doing some shrub trimming,the crew cleaned out our beds this spring and used a blower to do so. Took off a lot of the remaining mulch and wet decomposing leaves. Since we had always done it ourselves, we never thought to ask what equipment would be used. Adam promised to work with us on mulching and said he would rake next time. Appreciated his efforts; he certainly wants his customers to be satisfied.

Description of Work: I would highly recommend Adam and his crew at Groundsguys of Wexford. Adam is VERY knowledgeable and has a passion for his work. He is punctual, great at communicating with me and has always been so patient with all of the questions that I ask him! We have used them for over a year, with not only grass cutting services, but also for other landscaping projects. He also shows a genuine concern that we are happy with the outcome of their work!

Description of Work: These guys are AWESOME! They arrived as stated, did ALL the work they quoted on AND accurate/reasonable pricing. Communication was always top notch text/phone calls. THEY CLEANED UP! Very detailed workers. We liked them so much that we had them come back in Sept. to do more work. We plan on calling them again for this year.

Description of Work: Aerated and reseeded part of lawn, applied topsoil, planting trees and shrubs and creating a new planting bed. Communication was great throughout. Owner and staff are professional, respond in a timely manner, and have just been great to work with. We would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: We had a back hillside cleared of debris, weeds, and overgrowth. Also pruned a few shrubs and enlarged an existing bed. Adam, the owner, was excellent in all aspects. Very knowledgeable. Was in touch every step of the way. Knew exactly when they were coming, were prompt and did a thorough clean-up as well. Jason, his employee, was efficient and worked h****** a very hot day! Will be using his company again for spring work. Highly recommend.

+ 1 moreWe have about an acre and a half of property with numerous gardens and trees. I hired the Grounds Guys to do a spring clean-up, which included removing leaves and sticks etc. from the yard, gardens and perimeter of the property. Some of these areas had not been cleaned in two or three years so the leaf build-up was pretty significant. Overall, they did a great job on the clean-up and were incredibly professional and responsive in our communications. I contacted them to request a quote and received a call back the same day and Adam came out to look at the project and provide a quote. I felt that the quoted price was reasonable for the scope and difficulty of the project. The crew came out within two weeks of providing the quote to do the work and I was very impressed with the clean-up. When they were finished, my husband and I were in a position to cut the grass this spring without having to pick up a bunch of sticks and lug out the rakes to clean up what had been left from the winter. I would gladly hire them again next spring and use them for other projects as the need arises. Finally, Adam was my main point of contact and he was very professional and very responsive to our needs and requests. I felt that he understood the project and was easy to work with. I have recommended the Grounds Guys to friends and family based on my experience with them.

+ -1 moreAll work was done as agreed on. Trees were shaped nicely and all of the issues were addressed. Branches were bundled neatly and left curbside as discussed. Adam discovered several other minor issues and addressed them as well. There were no additional charges above our agreed upon price. The area was cleaned and all work was completed in a very professional manner.
Description of Work: Adam came to my home and offered several recommendations as to possible tree trimming. He was knowledgeable and professional. We agreed on the work and the price. Adam and his crew returned on the agreed upon date and performed the work as discussed, including trimming and shaping three large oak trees and several smaller trees.

The beds were manicured and planted with a variety of lilies grasses and other perennials My delight was in the Spring when all of the plants bloomed. I was very pleased and received many compliments from my neighbors and guests. I highly recommend this company.
Description of Work: The provider removed existing shrubs that were there for about twenty years ! The area is about 30 yards. The job required was daunting by its age and size .
