Description of Work: Set up appointment after initial consultation. Consult went very well. They came some weeks later, but could not tell us when they would be there except they would meet us in the morning to go over the work order. We waited until 10 am but then had to go to work. I called and said they never showed. They said they did get there, but were already gone when we got home. Some work was completed. Some of it was not completed. Called and said they needed to come back out. They set a date. Changed the date. Came again, but again came after 10 am and work was still not up to the standard I would expect for the price. I got tired of complaining and just paid. I would not use them again. | |Work seems to be great. Communication is terrible.

Description of Work: The man who came out examined our trees and found 4 to be diseased. He also gave me advice as how to prevent injuries to a pin oak.

Description of Work: Consult was scheduled and performed as promised. Tree removal and stump grinding were completed as agreed upon. We were impressed with the safety procedures followed. The Arborel personnel were most professional and I would highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: They were totally professional and about 1/2 the cost of another bid. I would use them again.

Description of Work: They pruned two very large trees back, a full grown tulip tree and a 40 foot Magnoila, both of which had been struggling terribly with various issues. The pruning left the trees looking beautiful and not a scrap of waste was left in my yard. I have used all the major arborists in the area and Arboreal is absolutely the best by several degrees.
