+ 0 moreThe work that Kathy Sommers did for us creating window treatments was one of the best home improvement experiences we have ever had. She was prompt and spent a lot of time with us coming up with just the right design. She is skilled at measuring, sewing and home design in general. Ms. Sommers is courteous, professional and fun to be around ! She offered solutions to problems that we would not have been able to visualize. We would highly recommend her services to anyone without reserve. We will ask her to come back again when we need new window treatments.
Description of Work: Ms. Sommers arrived at our home promptly at the time we had set for the appointment. She brought photos of work she had done for other clients. She look at the windows in our 70 year old house and offered suggestions, answered questions and solutions for problems. We wanted to use new "vintage" fabric that we had and Kathy was able to position the pattern so we were able to use the fabric. She lined the window treatments beautifully and they hang just right ! She made swags for our dining room, a spare bedroom, cafe type curtains for our kitchen - all were done with the same exacting care and expertise. Later on, we asked her to come back and make curtains for our bathroom.
