We feel this is the only fair approach. In business since 2006, our leadership team has over 40 years of combined experience in the roofing/siding industry. Adam Resnick, Owner & Chief Executive Officer, has over 25 years in the business, working in all segments from installer, to distribution, to manufacturing, and most recently overseeing sales and distribution for the entire Southeast region for GAF, the world’s largest roofing manufacturer. While we are a small, local business, we have a very large footprint. With over 15 Sales, Service, and Installation Vehicles on the road daily, you’ve likely seen us in your backyard. In terms of credentials, we pride ourselves in training and certifications. But nothing validates our service and quality platform more than positive reviews from satisfied customers. Description of Work: the service was excellent on April 14th Kenny came to my house and gave me an estimate on my windows was very professional honest about which windows really needed to be replaced 5 weeks later Kenny himself came by himself install the Windows did a very good job very pleased with the windows end up having 3 sliders one picture window with two double hung replaced very happy with the windows would use the service again

Description of Work: If you are looking for a quality replacement window this is the company for you. Universal Windows Direct carries a 8000 series Uni-Shield Plus window that is superior in quality to all the other replacement windows out there - and believe me I researched them all. The installation went great. The installers were very professional and friendly. I can't say enough about the men who run the company. BILL BARR is one of the founders of the company. I was having a hard time deciding on their 8000 series UNI-SHIELD and their 7000 series UNI-SHIELD PLUS window. MR.BARR actually made a trip from Ohio to my house in Natrona Heights, PA. over Easter week-end to show both windows to me and explain the differences. BOTH windows are very good quality - I selected the 8000 series. I also spoke with CHRIS McLAUGHLIN who is the President of the Pittsburgh office. He was also very helpful. I LOVE THE WINDOWS - GREAT QUALITY - GREAT PRICES - NO INSTALLATION PROBLEMS - VERY PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE. TRUST ME YOU WILL NOT BE SORRY IF YOU SELECT THIS COMPANY FOR YOU WINDOWS.
