Dean and his crew were top-notch: thoughtful, professional, dedicated, and just legit craftsmen. This roof has been a problem for decades and we are thrilled at new gutter performance and how well the carpentry blends seamlessly with the rest of the house. Even better, the price was right. We would absolutely hire them again.

They really know roofing and are great to deal with. The foreman and work crew paid much attention to detail and were very conscientious about getting the job right. I highly recommend the company.

The project went well. I think communications between all parties is key to a successful project, and they delivered on that. They contacted us through the sales cycle and offered their help in dealing with the insurance reps for our claim. When our insurance company wanted a third party evaluation & inspection of the roof for hail damage, they coordinated independently with them and made a special trip out to meet with the inspector. The project scheduler, realizing they had an opening earlier than our initial installation date, called us to see if we'd be ok with getting the roof done earlier than scheduled. They did their work in an efficient manner and cleaned up several times during the roof work and when the project was complete. Further, when they removed the dumpster, the driver went through the yard and driveway again with a magnetic tool to ensure no nails or other debris were left behind. I recommend them for their workmanship, use of quality materials, and the warranty program and would use them again.

Very fast response. Performed work between rainstorms. Lots of knowledge on what to do next. I will be hiring these people again.

The crew showed up on time and had the job done in half a day. It rained most of the following weekend and the gutter worked beautifully; all problems resolved.

I loved these guys; they agreeably called my handy man to hear what he saw in the attic which you can only enter from the outside of the house. They came quickly, didn't cost that much and did the work to the satisfaction of my handy man.

Excellent! Doors are great and the installation completed on time and in a professional manner. I would definitely hire them again. Although the price of the doors were a little high compared to local chains, it was important to me and my wife that high quality exterior doors were essential for our home and we love these exterior doors purchased and installed by Holzer Resnick Contracting.

After a phone call to them a representative came out to assess the repair. A few days later two repairmen came and did a thorough inspection. They replaced parts and repaired the gutter. After some strong rainfalls there were some leaks and after a phone call again they sent the same two repairmen out to examine and fix the problem. All those I dealt with treated me with courtesy and listened and backed up what they promised to do. This was after having previously contacted several other companies that never followed up on appointments or really assessed what needed done. Holzer Resnick is 5 stars and I have already recommended them to family and friends. Thank you.

Excellent from the appointment from the sales person to communications with the office everything went well. I was very pleased with the professionalism of the installers. JR and his crew are the best we could not be more happy with our windows and the job they did. Thank you to everyone.

Outstanding! • I called at 9:45 AM and they had someone here by 3:15 PM same day. • They identified the cause of the leak as a shingle torn at the tab, which allowed water through to find a nail hole or two. They repaired it and sealed it. I didn’t ask him to, but while he was up there he checked all my vent pipes coming through the roof. He says GAF (a well-known shingle manufacturer) has a school they’ve all attended, and there is a specific way they recommend shingles be installed around vent pipes to insure they seal well long term. Mine are not installed that way. He said it’s not like he can re-do them the way GAF recommends now, but he did caulk and seal around them as best he could. It’s not guaranteed work, but it’s a common place for older roofing to fail, and he said it might buy me an extra year or two when the roof gets near needing replaced. • I also asked them to fix a gutter leak which they did. In the process, though, they also noted and sealed a leak in the fascia at the same spot I didn’t even know about. So yes, not only were they timely and professional, but very pro-active in looking for other things to square away in one call. During a subsequent rain I've confirmed the issues I called about are resolved. I'm very pleased.

Roof repair. Found a leak in my son’s room the hard way. After calling the office, the response time was quick, the workers were professional and knew what they were doing. They were able to repair my issue and replace the necessary shingles with matching materials. Couldn’t ask for it to go any better.

Fine. They showed up on time and were very professional. My mother-in-law also used them. Initially, they sent out the wrong door. Rather than re-tool the door, Chris asked if we use the one sent, he would give us a $300 discount. We took the discount and are pleased with the installation.

The project was completed without a hitch. Jason and Lou were great to deal with and their Project Manager Dean made sure the windows were installed perfectly.

Everything was fixed with no issues and great communication the whole time.

It went well! The company, overall, is very reliable, knowledgeable, and the workers are very friendly. Had a new roof installed, a new back gutter, and cleaned gutters. The new back gutter was done without a hitch and that was requested once the job was had began. I just found out that this company also installs windows! I'll be reaching out to them in a month or so for a free estimate.

Once I was able to get scheduled for the roofing needs for my home, the job was done promptly and to our liking. The roof was repaired, and we also replaced all of our shingles with GAF shingles that just look so much better than our old ones. We really needed a new gutter and drainpipe system so we also hired them to install that while they were up there. The workers that did the job were experienced so once I saw them begin to work we were at ease...would hire this company again if we needed anything

Our salesman, Chris, was great. He answered all of our questions and brought samples of actual windows for us to see. He did a great job explaining the product and helping us decide what we needed. Our windows were ready to be installed in less then 4 weeks. The installation team arrived with 6 guys to get the job done. They were all very polite and friendly. They worked quickly and finished the job in only 3 hours. They cleaned up well. We love our new windows! Our house is much quieter and much warmer. We have a lifetime warranty on our windows that is also transferable to the next owners if we ever move. I would definitely recommend Universal Windows.
