At Resnick Roofing & Contracting we have one primary goal in mind; to deliver an exceptional experience for our customers from start to finish. To achieve this, we keep it simple as we only offer The Best Products, The Best Installation, and The Best Warranty. Equally as important, we offer full transparency to our customers. We know the home improvement industry is known for tricks and ploys and forceful salespeople who are directed to “close” their customers on site. Our approach is the antithesis. In fact, in addition to meeting with Resnick Roofing & Contracting, we always recommend our customers meet with other contractors before making a final decision. We do this because we are confident they will be able to see the difference. From our first interaction with the customer to the last, our customers know exactly what to expect with no surprises as we set clear expectations from start to finish. We feel this is the only fair approach. In business since 2006, our leadership team has over 40 years of combined experience in the roofing/siding industry. Adam Resnick, Owner & Chief Executive Officer, has over 25 years in the business, working in all segments from installer, to distribution, to manufacturing, and most recently overseeing sales and distribution for the entire Southeast region for GAF, the world’s largest roofing manufacturer. While we are a small, local business, we have a very large footprint. With over 15 Sales, Service, and Installation Vehicles on the road daily, you’ve likely seen us in your backyard. In terms of credentials, we pride ourselves in training and certifications. But nothing validates our service and quality platform more than positive reviews from satisfied customers. No work was performed.
Description of Work: Provider went out of their way to work around my schedule. In fact, after rescheduling and subsequently missing my appointment, the salesman offered to stop by later in the evening on the same day. This flexibility impressed me. The salesman was very professional upon arrival and during his pitch. UWD appears to have a decent product at a decent price. Ultimately, I decided to go with a different provider due to price and the salesman's pushiness near the end of the pitch. I made it clear at the onset that I wasn't interested in making a commitment that night and that I only wanted a quotation. However, when the pitch came to a close, the salesman was reluctant to leave without getting the job. This was very off-putting. The salesman followed up with a very professional phone call and a better price, but ultimately he couldn't beat the price of another provider with nearly identical windows.
