Cleaners are always prompt. Jerry provides a scheduled call to us when we are due for cleaning. We prefer this. We appreciate it.

I got JS's name from a local paper that is delivered in the mail. I called & left a message as he didn't answer directly (he never answered any of the times I called). I told him where I live (in the same ZIP code area as it turns out) & he claimed some familiarity with the development. Apparently he's quite the environmentalist as he did not want to drive "all the way" to my house to provide an estimate as he said he wanted to "save some pollution". I was OK with that & he suggested I take photos of the windows & text them to a different number he provided. I agreed. I sent a picture of the window I have five of + provided measurements, and for the single larger bay window in front of the house. I also mentioned I have a typical storm door to clean that I did not provide a photo of. He got back to me with a $55 + tax estimate to which I agreed for exterior & interior washing. We set a date/time. He also made a strong point that I should NOT mention to his workers the service price & if I paid them, to place either cash or a check in a sealed envelope. This sounded peculiar to me so I told him to bill me afterward. On the service day the crew was about 20 minutes late, which wasn't terrible as traffic can be un-predictable. The guys were courteous & did a nice job. Since it's a relatively small house with smallish windows, they were done in less than 30 minutes. Of the exterior of the windows, only the top half can be washed due to un-removable screens, which I had never told JS about in advance, so a bit less time was needed than if the entire exterior of each window could have been washed. About a week later I got a bill in the mail & to my surprise it was $65, not the $55 we had agreed to. So I called his main number & left a message (as he never answers). After a few more days, I called the cell number since he never answered my initial voice message. He also didn't answer his cell phone, nor dd he call back or text me. So I paid the $65 as per the bill. I included a written note with my fee to ask for an explanation, to which he never replied. As for the price difference - I'm not about to go bankrupt over $10. And it may have been an honest mistake on the bill. which I can understand, but I can't understand NOT getting back to me after I made every reasonable attempt to make contact about the discrepancy. I don't appreciate being ignored, especially by an entity I've done business with. Then, just a few weeks ago he called me about a spring cleaning. When I mentioned the billing issue from last fall, he had no clue about any of it, or so he said & wanted to move on as though it didn't happen. Suggestion - - if you do decide to hire him, be sure to have him go to your house or business & provide a written estimate, otherwise, you may end up being billed more than you verbally agreed to, as I was The window cleaning itself was fine; it was every other aspect of the transaction that wasn't.

Went above and beyond and blew out leaves on back gutter (which had gutter guards). Cleaned up leaves from gutters as well.

Jerry came the same day I called him to quote the work. He followed up with a phone call, a written estimate, and proof of insurance. I gave him the go-ahead to proceed the next day and a few days later based upon the weather, his guys were there cleaning the gutters. They were quick, professional and cleaned up after they were done. We have a very steep roof pitch and it is quite high at some points along the house, but they performed the work with ease. We were impressed. We will hire again.

I have used Jerry Schwickroth for quite some time for window and gutter cleaning. We never had a problem until now. His crew was here yesterday 11/25 and damaged a new, expensive hot tub cover installed two days before their service. When I got home after they were here, I noticed that a temporary weight had been moved from the edge of the cover (where it was holding down the lid until the auto opener could be installed) to the CENTER of the cover, which caused the lid to slightly bow. Upon closer inspection I discovered a divot in the foam beneath the vinyl from either a ladder or the end of a tool. I marked the area in question and called Jerry immediately about the matter. He stopped by to examine it, was rude and abrupt, took no responsibility for the actions of his crew, turned around and walked away in a huff saying to my sister "I don't need this." Well, we don't need you either Jerry goodbye. We already found someoned else thanks to Angie's List.

For full disclosure, I had already hired their services when I joined Angie's list. The windows that were cleaned were fine, but there were several windows that were missed. When I called to inform them of the windows that needed to be cleaned, I was never called back. I also requested that they call before coming to do the cleaning so that they could clean the tall windows on the inside of the house, and they never called so those windows couldn't get cleaned.

Cleaned by hand for extra care. Very pleased with a job well done.

They come and do the work every three months and their price is very reasonable. I am not home when they come and I arranged everything with them over the phone. It is a cycle, an automatic type of thing. Jerry was trying to do the gutters too and my gutters do not need to be done twice a year. And so, there was one time that I had to talk to him on the phone to tell him, "I would just let you know when I need my gutters done, otherwise, please do not do them every six months."

Jerry's service is not the cheapest we've found, but we've been very happy with the quality and have used his business for 10 years or so. We've found him and his crew to be thorough and flexible. We've asked them to do some unscheduled tasks when they've been at our house, and they've always been willing to do them.

I purchased an Angie's list coupon for another gutter cleaning company for $75 and after having no luck getting that company to show up to do the job, I contacted Jerry Schwickrath. I have used Jerry's window cleaning service in the past at my previous home and I knew from past experience that Jerry was reliable and would do a great job. I've never used the gutter cleaning service before, but as expected, Jerry did not disappoint. He rode over to my house the same day that I called and quickly gave me an estimate and once I approved the estimate, they showed to clean the gutters the very next day. I am pleased with the work, as usual.

Did what he said, showed up on time and overall did a good job on budget.

The work was satisfactory.

Jerry does a great job on the windows. Never had any problems. He's been flexible as needed in times when we couldn't remove the screens to fit his schedule.

Jerry always calls to let us know when he'll be coming by to clean the gutters or the windows. My one complaint is that he drops the gutter contents into our yard & sometimes it is messy.

THE WORK WAS DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER. THE CLEANING OF THE WINDOWS IS O.K. THE PERSONALITY OF THE INDIVIDUAL IS GRUFF AND NOT SO PROFESSIONAL.

COMPANY ALWAYS DOES A GOOD JOB CLEANING THE WINDOWS. THEY ARE ALWAYS ON TIME.

ALWAYS COME AS SCHEDULED. SOMETIMES I'VE FOUND DEBRIS THAT WAS REMOVED FROM THE GUTTERS LAYING ON THE GROUND. OTHER THAN THAT HE DOES A FINE JOB & I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS.
