Everything went very well. Dumpster was on location on time, and gone when it was scheduled to go.

Never arrives when he says. Leaves very small loads of wood, have to re-call every 4th day. Always makes excuses for why he can't deliver when you need him to.

Me. Sutter was very friendly and prompt. He gave advice on how best to pack the dumpster to maximize space. He dropped off in location that was easy to load. Once I had filled, he was very timely in picking it up (was there within 2 hrs of my phone call). The dumpster was trailer mounted and was safe for my driveway.

When Mr. Sutton arrived, he parked the dumster,gave very simple advise. "Pack it carfully and don't just toss the stuff in." I followed that advise and was impressed as to how much I fitted in to that dumster. He also recommended that any steel/iron, aluminum be set aside and he would load that in his truck. By doing this I received additional capacity. Prior to leaving he asked if there was anything that he could take with him on the 6th. We, really he, located a bunch of steel that I had set aside and planned to recylce. Since I hadn't and it would be better it it was gone, I was more than willing to let him remove it. The truck was not full, and he noticed a bunch of computer monitors and asked it they were being tossed. When I confimed that they would be thrown in the dumster, he threw them into his truck. He loaded his truck with many items tha would have gone into the dumster. Are you ready for this! NO EXTRA CHARGE. Now of course the steel, etc. he would recycle, but the rest of the stuff there is fee to dispose of it. Now his business model sayes you get the dumster 5 to 7 days, any longer their is charge. In my case the weather turned against me, 7+ inches of snow, wind chill of 7 degrees. I was luck to spend 1 or 2 hours outside. By Saturaday the 11th I had filled a best an eighth of the dumster. I called and advised him that I would need to keep it longer. He was very gracious and I optimistically said next weekend. Well, I think I had the dumster 3 or 3 and one half weeks. Primarily due to the weather and then because the dirt lane was so icy that it would not be saft to try and pull the dumster out. As soon as the driveway was clear he came and picked it. Again he loaded his truck with the steel. etc that I had set near the dumster. I asked him how much I owed because of the extended time and he said: "Nothing". He reconized the weather was working against me and he didn't need the trailer as winter is a slow time. Had it been any other season, their would have been a charge to permit to cover the loss opportunites. There is still some steel, etc sitting around and he has committed to stop and pick it up in the near future. If I have a need for a dumster again, I know who I will call.
