+ -1 moreCreative Maintenance just recently put on a flat roof on my current commerical business location. It was a $30,000 job and they did a very good job, as they have done on every other previous job. Back in 1995, we relocated our business and did a $100,000 renovation. Creative Maintenance did the entire job and did an outstanding job. They were always there to address any issues and offer a resolution every step of the way. They have also taken care of our primary residence and did smaller repairs, as well. We have always been satisfied with their workmanship. We would highly recommend them for any job large or small.
Description of Work: Creative Maintenance has been doing maintenance for me and my business for over twenty years. They are one of the most honest, reputable, and dependable maintenance companies that you could use! They have handled projects as large as $100,000 and as small as $500 and no matter what size the job is, they handle it with the most utmost professionalism and craftmanship. + 0 moreThey are nice people, but the workmanship is not good. They had to come out several times to repair problems to both the bathroom and the roof. When we went up to check their work on the roof on the second trip out they had taken off.
Description of Work: We had them redo our bathroom and they also did some roof repair for us.
