Description of Work: I needed some advice re: roof, rain gutter and soffit repair (I had some ice-dam problems). He came out, climbed on the roof, took a careful look, gave me his opinion--and then was not going to charge me anything! Nice guy, knowledgeable--I gave him a small tip for his visit.
