Description of Work: We looked at all the rest and ended up with truly the best. We were impressed with the owner (Ray). He had vision, passion and that he cared, was so obvious. We knew that we found the perfect company to do what we had in mind. The cost was a little than others but we knew the finished product would be outstanding. His crew of qualified long-termed tradesmen were respectful, neat and very proud of their work. Any time we had a question (Jim, Frank, Josh and all the rest) they always took the time to address it. They were all fabulous. |Thanks to you Ray and your fabulous crew we have a beautiful four season sunroom and deck to enjoy for years to come

Description of Work: First, let me say this company should be rated with an A+. | |HISTORY: My husband and I met first Ray Hepp at the Pittsburgh Home Show years ago and were immediately impressed with his customer service and product. We've dealt with other contractors/companies and have been totally disenchanted and disappointed with their work and their lack of telling the truth. However, there was something about Ray we both liked and we felt comfortable inviting him to our home for a bid. We were ready to sign the contract, but sometimes life throws you a curve-ball and with illness and job loss we had to put the project of adding a deck on hold. After five years, we were once again ready to proceed with adding a deck to our house and were pleasantly surprised to find that Ray Hepp remembered exactly who we were. | |CURRENT: We have used Betterliving Patio Rooms twice for projects at our home. The first project was building a deck on the back of our home and the second was installing a roof on the deck they had previously built. Ray Hepp, the president of Betterliving is very knowledgeable and great to work with when asking for a bid or when asking questions about the project. Ray always makes himself available to answer any questions you may have. In fact, when you call the office, you can feel assured someone will get back to you concerning your question or need. | |The workers were polite, professional and paid attention to details. They worked non-stop, were punctual and cleaned up every day they were working on the project. The finished product is beautiful and we could not be happier. People stop and ask us who did the work when they see the finished product and we are happy to tell them Ray Hepp and the Betterliving Patio Rooms crew. | |The quality of work from Betterliving is excellent and their prices are affordable. Their name is a testimony to their work and to their word.
