Excellent! Prompt response, kept me updated, gas line replaced within 24 hours of gas company's notification, great work ethic, personable and a great team who work for BAP and left the yard as they found it. Bruce turned my frown upside down!

Bruce handled everything in what one can only describe as "best case scenario". His customer service is stellar (YES--this profesional gentleman actually ANSWERS phone calls AND text messages!!!!!!!!), everything was seamless from beginning to end. Bruce provides information such as the initial quote, report, and invoice promptly, and with very user-friendly digital interfaces. Everything was executed in a highly efficient manner. In addition, Bruce is courteous and very pleasant. Thank you Bruce and the B.A.P Works team!!!!!
