They were fantastic in every category.

Showed up on time, did work as scheduled, neat and polite, accomplished task on time, cleaned up very well, removed all old equipment, final price a little higher than expected.

Install was ok, had to clean up some after crew left, crew was a little noisy and didnt inform me to disconnect my smoke detectors on furnace start up I had problems 1day after install and called for service 2 times that day and waited for response, about 6 hours later got called back delay blamed on answering service, service repairman came out diagnosed the problem nd said would be back out to correct, since it wasw Saturday, 3 weeks later, still waiting for that repair

Everyone on the job was professional, clean, and friendly. After getting quotes from 2 other contractors, I chose ARS because their Amana high efficiency furnace had the best guarantee as well as the lowest price. After the install, the salesman, Howard, was very helpful in providing all the documentation I needed for rebates.

They were very professional. The price was good and included a full 10 year parts and labor warranty. The crew that did the job did a nice clean install and the unit has been working great to date.

Have used ARS for over 20yrs as furnance servicer. Always prompt, efficient and reliable. Was our first choice when a replacement was necessary. They were able to make holdover repairs to keep our air conditioning running for the one week that it took to set up the installation. The technicians were prompt, knowledgable and had all of the work completed in 2 days. The site ws oleft clean and they were very good about explaining how the unit worked and how to use the new thermostat.

I hired a contractor to repair my oil furnace before I knew about ServiceMagic. This other contractor scared the hell out of me, making many attempts to get me to purchase a $5000 new furnace, telling me that parts for my furnace were obsolete, it wasn't worth fixing, and even saying it was potentially dangerous. They left me for 2-1/2 days with no heat. ARS showed up within an hour of my request, tested and checked everything thoroughly, confirmed that parts are not obsolete and my furnace is not on its last leg, and they repaired my furnace with a simple burner motor for $375. Friendly, fast, curtious, and honest! Thank you!
