they kept me informed throughout the installation. and explained all that was needed to be done.

Technician arrived on time and did an excellent job. System needed re-charged, found a loose fitting causing the leak and tightened it. Tested for further leaks and found none.

I delt with Salesman, Installer, repairman form ARS in that order. All professional and all pleasant. My recommendation is this. Deal with these folks in the opposite order: repairman first then installer and sales. The old repairman gave me insight that I really should have had befot making my sales selection. Baring that, ARS was great and price was spot on. Best of 4 quotes.

Right on time, quality work, and a better warranty than any other company offered...10 years parts and labor - lifetime on the compressor. Installation was complete within 3 business days of notifying them to do the work. Some of the other companies said they couldn't get to it for weeks.
