They gave the A/C system a thorough exame and also tips for the furnace.

I have used ARS Pittsburgh 2 times to do heating and a/c checkup. First in December 2019 and July 2020. Aaron M. did the service both times. I was very happy with his service and expertise both times. He followed COVID19 guidelines throughout the visit and went above and beyond to retape insulation that was hanging down. He is very professional and will continue to request him whenever I need any type of service from ARS Pittsburgh.

Came same day as I called, gave me a professional quote and worked around my schedule to install the new furnace and AC.

The guys that installed my central air (and ductwork) were great to work with. They worked with me to get the system installed the way that I needed for extra storage space in my attic and were very pleasant and took care of my home. They also gave me a great deal! I would happily work with them again.

They've serviced my HVAC systems for over 30 years. They provide high value and excellent service.

I would have considered giving ARS a 5, but they designed a space to accept a 20x24x1 filter, but they installed a 20x25x1 filter. Instead of acquiring the correct size, they installed the incorrect size and let stick out an inch. They said this was okay, and I can buy the correct size. I went to Lowes, and they do not even sell the 20x24x1, but Home Depo does. Not a huge issue, but could have been done better. All other aspects of the job were fine.
