Loved the technician and his attention to detail

Called to schedule an appointment and was told someone would get back to me, 5 days later I called again. Someone would have to get back to me again to schedule. This time they did return call however, the appointment would have to be before 3 M-F and nothing was available till10 days later on a Friday. Did not schedule. If it is this hard to get an appointment for an estimate then I do not want to have to deal with an installation.

The police had to break into my mother-in-laws house so they broke the window. This was a very hectic time for me and the whole family. The people at ABC glass dropped what they where doing and replaced the window so we could sescured the house .They are the only glass company I will use

Outstanding response to an unexpected problem with glass insert of older mandoor. Less than 24 hours after my initial visit to their store, the job is done! Beautiful job, great crew. Owner Keith took immediate ownership of the problem, found a solution and had it implemented without delay.

41I was contacted by a church member about a glass door in the church that was shattered because of the cold, cold weather. I contacted ABC Glass at 9 am and they were on sight within an hour. They cleaned up the shattered glass, measured the door and returned with new glass that was installed promptly. The whole process took less than two hours. The best part about it? I never had to go out into the freezing cold because they were able to access the church through the broken door. The technician was very polite and efficient. The office staff were accommodating even though they were extremely busy. It was a pleasure to do business with them and I would not hesitate to use ABC again.

They did a great job repairing several torn window screens. I simply dropped off the screens and within a week the screens were repaired with screening material that matched the other screens in the house. They were very professional, and will use them in the future if needed,

My husband knocked out the glass in our garage door with a hockey puck. We called, they came out, and we paid all in the span of a day. No problems, no issues, and even showed early. Will need some mirrors replaced soon and will definitely be calling on ABC!

They did an excellent job. The mirror was 6' x 7' and they removed it intact.

ABC provided a free measurement and estimate for the glass and labor to install. They also helped with the selection of glass and recommended they type of frame to use. Their delivery estimate was 3-4 weeks. 3 weeks from the date of measurement, I had my new shower up and running. I would definitely use them again.

They promised to come in and inspect in a few days, which they did. They gave an immediate quote (for $252.75), and then came back in a few days with the exact match. While installing, the nail gun caused a slight (out of sight) chip in the glass - which I did not notice even - but Keith decided to do the right thing - - and he went back to his store, prepared a new window - and came back within an hour to install the new one without any problems at all. What honesty! Very professional, prompt, and caring.
