+ -1 moreThey got half way through the work and he said they used up all of their hours. He ended up pulling out of the job and leaving. I hired him previously to do painting. He had quality work, but the price was 40% higher than his estimate.
Description of Work: They gave me a $1,200 estimate for barn repairs.
