Ridiculous fees. Horribly rude, condescending, and combative customer service rep. Have a broken appliance? Without informing you of any of their fees in advance, they'll charge $75 to come to your house, and then charge $75/hr "labor" for every minute spent on diagnosis. Not repair- DIAGNOSIS. I can accept being charged labor on a repair. I cannot accept being charged labor to LOOK at something, on top of being charged a flat service fee to come LOOK at something. For my broken dishwasher, they estimated $1500 for a repair (?!), and when I declined, they hit me with $150 bill, 3 months after the fact, without fixing anything. When I inquired about the obscene labor fees on a diagnosis, I was rudely told that I "should have known the cost" (telepathically I assume), that I was "being unreasonable" in asking the labor fees to be removed when they didn't actually fix anything, and then was hung up on with the threat that they would be "calling the magistrate" on me if I didn't pay. I've read reviews on other sites who have had similar experiences with lousy service followed by unbelievably rude, condescending, and accusatory remarks from the owner's wife/ "customer service rep", Margaret, who apparently repeatedly threatens to call the magistrate on anyone who expresses dissatisfaction with the inflated bills she issues for poor service. Sad to see a local business who cares so little about customer relations that they'd rather threaten to call the police than attempt a compromise on an unexpected and unjust fee.

Tech (Jerime) was on-time and very professional and competent.

They gave us suggestions on what we could do to fix the problem and that fixed the problem. The person who came out was a very nice fellow who explained everything about what was going on. He gave us a couple of options of what we could do. We acted on what he thought the problem was and used a hair dryer to fix it. He was on time.
