 + -1 moreI chose them because of the price and the quality of the materials that I was looking for -I have installed my own before and so I knew what I was looking for. It took them about a month- it was on and off and that is partly the reason we got the quality of what they did for the money. However, it was done by the date we had to have it done. I have already recommended them.
Description of Work: I used them for a complete installation of a brand new fence.

 + -1 moreWe needed a fence and saw some good examples of quality work in the neighborhood. One of the good examples has a name plate from A.L. Fence Co. on it. The estimator reviewed my fencing needs and options and delivered a quote after 24 hours. I selected a special order fence which delayed installation by 5 months. (the supplier manufactures and ships product sparingly during the winter months). After the material was received, after a few phone calls to the installer, and after a few business days, installation was completed in 1 day. The quality of work ended up being less than I expected due to the rough cuts left on the post tops, some fence boards were not nailed securely to the supports, and some of the gate hardware was installed with screws in an angle. However, the most offensive example of quality was the scrap cuts and trim pieces that i found on the ground while walking the fence perimeter. The fence never received that name plate designating who completed the installation and I never saw one for it either.
Description of Work: install and "racked" wood fencing for a rocky & inclined terrain. Installation included digging post holes, setting the posts in concrete, and adding 3 gates.

 + -1 moreDelayed installation (over a month later than promised.) Gate literally fell down due to PVC post installed with nothing inside them for added strength or support. Company charged my credit card for final payment the day of installation without authorization. I had given them my credit card number for the deposit but did not authorize final payment
Description of Work: Price seemed good but fence installed not same panel we ordered. Had to replace gate within one year due to post not installed properly. Complaints not answered. No concrete or wood posts in the PVC columns so gate basically fell down. Installation was delayed over one month past promised date. Nothing good to say about this company

 + -1 moreOverall I would never recommend this company or ever use them again.
Description of Work: We had a picket fence installed by the owner Adam and his crew. They were supposed to install the fence on a Thursday, my wife took off work, they did not come and did not call. We had to contact them to see where they were. They finally got back to us and said that they were behind and that they were not going to be able to get to our fence until the following week. When they finally installed our fence they did get it up very fast but after it was installed we noticed that there were many problems. They installed many sections of wood that were already sun bleached and many boards that were rotting and cracked. When I called Adam to have these issues fixed he insisted that is what happens to boards over time. It took many calls to him in order for him to finally send someone out to fix broken boards, however, a section of gate is still not replaced where the sun bleaching is so bad that it does not match the rest of the new fencing. Do not use this company. They may quote a low price but you will certainly get what you pay for. Low quality.
