They did a great job with repairing our shed roof. It has rained hard a couple of times after they repaired it and everything is dry. They were careful that everything associated with our leaky roof was repaired correctly. They came when they said they would. Price was also reasonable. I would definitely recommend them.

Several did not answer my messages.

Mr. Nales was able to meet my very demanding time schedule and completed all of the work in a timely and professional manner. I would not hesitate to contact him again for future projects or recommend him.

He made an appointment but didn't show and didn't call until the next day while I was at work wanting to come by during my work hours. He didn't seem very sorry about not showing up and not calling. I sat at home all evening waiting for him. I missed an engagement just to wait for him. I know he is busy but my time is valuable to me as well. I figured that if I wasn't important enough to deserve a call then I probably wasn't important enough for him to do a good job for me.

Have used John for many small jobs since 2006. Largest was to install floor-to-ceiling, wall-to-wall book shelves which turned out great. He also installed an outdoor electrical socket, reseated the toilet, vented the stove to the outside, insulated the attic, etc. He's always professional and courteous.
