John did a great job. He delivered what he promised and in the appropriate time. When he hit an unforeseen issue, he discussed it with me to determine what I wanted to do. I was very pleased with the outcome of the work. John was a very polite, professional to work with. I could not be home while he was doing the work and he came and went without me being present.
