Custom Maid in USA has been cleaning our home every other week for several months now. They have always been prompt, friendly, responsive, and thorough. They use all their own supplies and equipment and the same people come each time, which makes them efficient since they know the home well.

It was just for a onetime fee. They did a very good job and I do not have any complaints about them. They came out and gave me an estimate and cleaned the same day. They were reasonably priced which was competitive with the other quotes that I have got as well. They charge by the hour and estimated on two people cleaning for three hours.

They do a good job overall. Once or twice over the course of a year or two they have accidentally damaged things in the house. The first time they did not mention that they had damaged it (knocking something off of a dresser and breaking it) until we asked them about it. The second time, they let us know right away. Both times they offered to pay for it. They usually do a very thorough cleaning job. Sometimes they will miss things, but usually not. They are very nice, and they always show up and bill on time. We've been happy with them.

Custom Maid responded quickly and professionally. The cleaners are top notch. This is the best cleaning service I've ever used!

My experience with them has been very good. They come on time. They like to be paid in cash. They are very nice girls, I like them. I am able to stay home while they clean, but I have a friend who leaves them with a key. I have the same three people that come every time and they are reliable.
