We have received great feedback from our customers that they love the personal attention , flexiblity of appointment and not feeling rushed like they do in other stores when surrounded by other shoppers . Our flooring experts will work with you every step of the way. We offer private consultations either in our lovely showroom, located in Aston, PA, or in the comfort of your own home at no extra charge. We make it easy to shop at home for flooring by bringing out a variety of samples to choose from.

Description of Work: Crown Flooring did a great job doing a large rug, luxury vinyl tile, and congoleum tile. It looks great and they really spent a lot of time working with us to get what we were looking for.

Description of Work: Refinished floors, moved furniture to garage and returned. Movers were not professional, but the floor finishing was top drawer. Pricey.

Description of Work: they came for an estimate. Recommended a water based varnish even after I told them I want something that will last 20 years like my last refinishing did. They were not exactly rude while in the house but they were I would say disinterested and certainly not acting like they value a customer. Then when the guy left, he knew he had my contractor blocked in, who was patiently waiting. Never even said oh, sorry, or anything, just drove off like someone had not been sitting there waiting for him for half an hour. I went to someone not on angies list and was very satisfied.

I'm sorry to hear this not so great review of our company as we value the feedback of all Angie's list members. I'm hoping that you have us confused with another company that you had out to give an estimate and will adjust your ratings. I've gone back and checked our job notes. We recommend waterbase polyuretane to many customers that will be occupying a home when a refinish is performed and there is no reason it wouldn't last another 20 years as it is very durable. According to our records we immediately scheduled your estimate after contact and promptly sent you an estimate . You actually commented on how fast we arrived to do the estimate so I don't where the comment "not interested" comment would come from. We are sure at Crown Flooring to value all projects large and small it's one of the reasons we come so highly recommended. As far as the contractor being blocked in we have no recollection of this as the only people we came in contact with at this home was the customer and her( helper, aid ?). I would love to have an opportunity to discuss this interaction with the customer as I said we highly value our Angie's list members.
