Crown Flooring is always great to work with. They have done many of my neighbors flooring as well and the work is always pristine. I would highly recommend to anyone. Job well done

We had a new hardwood floor laid in one room, and the rest of the house floors refinished. Crown was patient and helpful as we decided on stain colors, and they did excellent work. Helpful staff and pleasant workers. The floors are beautiful and they were done at a reasonable cost. Some of the estimates I got were so high, it was discouraging. I forget how we found Crown, but I'm glad we did. They are a thoroughly professional, prompt, competent, and honestly priced outfit and I will be recommending them to our friends.

Crown Installed new hardwood floors in our family room and sanded and resurfaced and stained floors in our kitchen,living room,dinning room as well as replacing floors in our closets,bathrooms,and laundry room with wood grain tile and replace the wood work in all rooms. The entire experience with Crown Flooring was excellent from start to finish. Ken made an appointment with me very quickly for the initial estimate and sent me the estimate via email within 24 hours. It was a very reasonable price. The crew was great and answered all my questions. They had to do a number of repairs and replacement of some flooring which is very old original pine and did a great job. When we asked that the floor repairs be stained a little darker to better match the original wood they worked with me and were very professional and courteous. I will tell anyone who asks that this is the best floor refinishing I ve had done in Delaware County in over 30 years. Thanks Crown.

Very professional, gave very good advice

Update: We needed our flooring replaced due to water damage. It was very difficult to get an appointment scheduled with Crown Flooring. The sense we got was that our job was not lucrative enough for them. We understand that many contractors are in demand right now, but we expected better from them as former customers. They did put us in touch with a public adjuster. Unfortunately it took the adjuster several weeks to tell us that the work did not meet their minimum dollar amount, which delayed our project even further. We eventually went with another contractor, who pointed out several issues with the installation done by Crown Flooring. For instance, Crown Flooring apparently did not remove our quarter round molding when they stained our wood floors a darker color. This became an issue when we changed the baseboards and precluded us from using shoe molding because it would not cover up the part of the floor under the quarter round that should have been stained. Two contractors also pointed out multiple areas of the floor that were not level. We also tried to schedule an appointment for a bathroom remodel with Crown. An individual did come out who was very nice, but 9 months later we have yet to receive an estimate for the work. We obviously went in a different direction. We would have loved to continue using Crown, but our experience last year really turned us off. Previous Review: Ken was able to accommodate our extremely tight timeline and had great suggestions. He even stopped by to check out an issue that we discovered after the work was completed. Our refinished floors and new carpet look great, and we would not hesitate to use this company again.

I had to get our carpets replaced at our office, and I needed it done quickly and on a Saturday so it didn't disrupt business. I asked them for a quote, and they were at my office the next day. They got the job done for me in about a week from when I first contacted them, which was fantastic. The guys arrived early Saturday morning right on time (they were at my office before I was) they were professional, very nice, and just came in and got the job done. My new carpet looks great! I am very pleased with the work. If I could, I would rate them with 10 stars!
