We are grateful for his careful, knowledgeable, time-intensive grout repair and replacement work. Also, thorough explanations before and during the project enhanced our understanding of his solution to our tile/grout problem. We are amazed how beautiful this 96 year old bathroom tile wall works looks after the work is complete.

Very professional! Charlie has experience in tile repair that is difficult to find. We are totally satisfied with his finished work! Would recommend to anyone that is in need of shower repair.

Charlie did a excellent job and we are pleased with the work. However we find the Angi service to be annoying with unwanted emails and texts. I have tried to unsubscribe and you people just wonâ  t quit.

Charlie was very neat and tidy. He would give explanation when asked a question. If something arose he would inform you about the situation. My overall experience says I would hire him again. My shower looks and feel great.

First of all, I would just like to say that Charlie is a really nice guy. My wife and I really enjoyed his customer service and personality. That being said, the project we hired him to do has not held up well. We hired Charlie to re-grout our tile shower and install a tile floor in the same bathroom. The project was completed on time and a bit under budget which was great. Unfortunately, the epoxy grout in the shower has had several issues. First, Charlie never removed the grout haze from the tile, which in turn became a tedious project for my wife and me to complete later on. Second, the grout was supposed to be bright white. After about a month, it turned a dingy yellow color. Turns out, after researching the subject, that white epoxy grout does not hold up well when exposed to UV light and has a tendency to dull or turn a shade of yellow as time passes. This is not something we were aware and it was not discussed. Lastly, approximately 18 months after installation we are starting to notice the epoxy grout is now coming loose on the sides of the tiled shower. We did contract Charlie at one point and he came out to fix a couple of stains in the grout unrelated to the topics discussed in the previous paragraph. He was very understanding and helpful in that respect. Again, Charlie is a very nice individual and great to work with. But, for this particular project, things did not turn out so well.
