Charlie did an excellent job and we plan to use him in the future. He was exceptionally personable. The very day I expressed my interest in a quote he was there. His excellent customer service had my mind made right away. I was looking for someone to tile my bathroom floor who could do it when and as quickly as I wanted it done. Other contractors required more notice and time; Charlie finished with my job this morning, only the third day since he came to give the quote. Because I did not purchase enough of my special order tiles he is even going to come back in a week or so to finish a few square feet. Mr. Galusha goes the extra mile. He helped me pick out the supplies we would use for the project, gave me a deal on the tile sealer etc. His dedication, time and service leaves me convinced I made the right choice. If I am ever disappointed with my floor choice it will not be due to his work.
