+ -1 moreIt is tuff to find an intermittent problem. It took them a while to discover a sensor that was causing the problem but then got it fixed correctly. While they were here they checked the complete system. The serviceman showed up on time and the charge was reasonable. From this and other experiences with Smucker's I will always call them.

Description of Work: They upgraded our heating cooling system to geothermal in 2011. They came back recently to add a stand-alone unit in our new addition (an in-law suite). It works well. They worked with us in figuring out an affordable quality option for the in-law suite. We are very happy with the choice we made.

+ 1 moreThey did a great job. He was terrific and came on time. He was very easy to work with as far as the design of the system and figuring out options. This was a farmhouse that was built in the 1700's and never had heat. He was very good at figuring out how to do things because we couldn't run ductwork through the walls because it was a log cabin. He told us it wouldn't balance well but it is really good. He was a good guy and actually did a little plumbing work while he was there. We were trying to figure out the drain line and he had the tools so he came over for half an hour and did that. He was really pleasant to work with.
Description of Work: We used Smucker Mechanical to install a propane furnace in a house that had no previous heating. He did all the ductwork and put the gas line in.
