Reaching Higher

I had an oak tree that has grown so large that it was touching my house. I also had a 30' pine tree that was mostly dead and waiting for a hard wind to blow it over. I went on a search to find a company that was priced well, professional, and insured. I scoured Angie's List and Google looking for someone to do the work. I stumbled across Reaching Higher and gave them a call. He came out the same day to take a look at the work and supplied a quote and proof of insurance that evening. I had made 5 calls before him. 2 others sent quotes and the others didn't return calls. Shane was professional and did a good job on the trees. I can't give him the highest rating because while he quoted me on stump removal, he didn't explain that it would be done on a different day and that shredded tree stump wouldn't be removed. I ended up putting it in low areas of my yard. This wasn't a big deal but I would have liked to know that a 2 foot pile of shredded tree would be left behind. I would still recommend them.
