Worked hard and did a great job.

The resurfacing job was completely unsatisfactory because the asphalt was not rolled properly and the driveway has loose stones and a very very rough surface. The owner has told me that the job was not done properly and promised to redo it. He set a date to do the job but never showed up. I have been trying to contact him for about 3 weeks to come back and fix the job, but I have not heard back from them. I leave email messages and phone messages and I get no response. I also sent a fax, and no response from that either.

This company sealed our driveway, and it looked good at frist. When it rained that weekend some of the sealer washed out, and plashed on the front nad side of the house. I called the company and told them what happened, and I was told that someone would come either that Thursday the 18th, evening or sometime on Friday the 19th. Late in the day on FridayI had not received a call, so I phoned them, and was told again that someone would be out that evening or on Saturday. The weekend came and wnet and still no call, nor even on Monday the 22nd. On the 23rd. I went to our bank to put a stop payment on the check, but unfortunately it was already cashed. I called the company from the bank to advise them what I was attempting to do, and again was told that someone was definately coming that day. It is now August 24thand no one from the company has come to see the problem, or called. I spoke with an attorney this morning, but because of the small amount of money paid, it would not be worth our while to persue this leagally. I just wanted people to know how we have been treated, and to use a great deal of discretion if they ever deal with this company.
