A K Fencing

The work was done on time and within budget, but I was not overly impressed with the quality of the wood used or the cleanup. The boards were unfinished and had knotholes you could see through. Some of the wood looked like it had been torn rather than cut with a saw. I had them return so they could replace some of the slats and sand some of the wood so I did not continue to cut myself and get splinters trying to open and close the fence. They were very nice, but the fence looked like something you might see on a farm rather than at a residential property. They did do a good job with the very wide fence gate and the hinges and securing pins seem very durable.

They were able to install my fance a week earlier then promised. They showed up with a trailer filled with posts and cedar board, no pre-fabbed panels. They had to clear a bit of brush and cut down a small tree which they did at no extra cost. Everything board was measured, cut and installed on site. They installed two gates and very nice looking hinges and harware. It only took they two day to complete the job. Thank You Omar & Ruben

They did an excellent job. Was happy with their work.

They nailed downed some of the loose boards but could not do much more, probably due to the condition of the wood. I had hoped for more but overall I am glad I used them. They were very friendly and although they did not do much I do not believe that was there fault.

This was one of the few contractors who would replace a portion of our fence instead of replacing the entire fence. Their price was very competitive. Their workmanship and customer service were excellent. The arrived on time, were careful with my yard, and took extra measures where our dog likes to dig under. My fence and gates look great. We've had several contractors out to repair our fence over the years and AK Fencing stands above the rest.

Rubin responded very quickly and set up a convenient appointment time. Unfortunately the weather was very bad that day and Rubin called to reschedule the appointment for 2 days later. (I thoroughly expected the need to reschedule due to the weather.) Rubin showed up right on time. He and another gentleman went to work right away and straightened both gates so they now close easily again. He also trimmed the fence where a large oak tree was growing into the bottom of the fence. The cost was very reasonable & done well. I would definitely recommend AK Fencing.

Replaced broken pickets and fixed entry latches

Apparently the firm is a one man shop and the owner has had personal issues come up. He was slow to contact me originally missing the two day window. We ended up setting 2 appointments he had to cancel before each one. Now he has said he can't do the work.

He came out to estimate the project, and let me know my fence needed more work than the deal covered. Even though I am getting a refund, I really appreciated his honesty.

I've used them twice now. For this project they were done in 4 hours. They had everything ready to go and were very efficient. They also hauled everything out, for an additional charge.

They were great. The fence looks awesome and we get a ton of compliments on it. The people were very professional and did a very good job. We would def recommend and use them again!
