I recently had a new roof installed by Lemus Construction. The crew did a great job starting from the prep work to protect my property, to the installation itself and clean up afterwards. The office staff were very helpful and communication on project details was excellent. This company is professional from start to finish and worth considering for your roofing or other construction needs. I highly recommend.

Do not use this company. My long experience shows their work to be very costly, and inadequate. I believe them to be dishonest and disingenuous. Bought new home 12 years ago. When roof leaked, builder used Lemus to fix the roof. (I was told that Lemus installed the original roof for the builder, Toll Brothers) Roof leaked and was repaired 4 times. Builders warranty ran out. Roof leaks continued. Had Lemus out two times to fix roof with the last time in December. They said this time they found the root cause and replaced vents. Each time the repair cost got higher. Roof started leaking again last month. Contacted Lemus again They said that their work in not warranted and nothing they can do but come out and inspect roof for $150 and give estimate for a repair.

When my wife and I met with the owner (Victor Lemus), we were instantly impressed with him and knew that we wanted to hire him for our roofing installation work. I had interviewed several contractors and he was our top choice. He was very knowledgeable, reputable, and professional. His crew did an exceptional job.

Marc and the construction teams were professional from start to finish. The price I was quoted was the price I paid. The work is outstanding. The clean up was thorough. I would definitely recommend Lemus.

It went very well. They took care of the permits, inspections and everything was completed as promised. They will be coming back for other projects in the future. Victor is wonderful to work with and his staff are professionals.

PARKING WAS CHALLENGING FOR 3 DAYS. BECAUSE OF WEATHER WE HAD TO POSTPONE THE START FOR 2 DAYS. THE DUMPSTER WAS PLACED 2 DAYS EARLY BECAUSE OF IT. THE NEW START DATE THE CREW WAS THERE AT 7:00AM AND READY TO GO...MY HEAD IS STILL SPINNING ON HOW FAST THEY MOVED. I HAVE A 2500 SQ FT HOUSE WITH PRETTY STEEP DROP OFF. THESE GUYS TORE THE OLD ROOF OFF, REPLACED 22 SHEETS OF PLYWOOD AND COMPLETELY SHINGLED THE HOUSE IN 1 DAY. i'VE BEEN TRYING TO SEE IF THEY MISSED SOMETHING, BUT HAVEN'T FOUND ANYTHING WRONG YET. DID I MENTION THEY REPLACED 4 WINDOWS ALSO. A GOOD JOB DONE AND DONE RIGHT. JOE CAME THROUGH ON EVERYTHING HE SAID WOULD HAPPEN, BUT IT TOOK 2 DAYS LESS THAN WHAT HE SAID. I'M VERY IMPRESSED WITH LEMUS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY.

Marc came to provide an estimate for mine and my neighbors roof. The roofs are adjoined He was able to honor the $7000 special when looking at both roofs as one. This was a huge savings.

We asked for quotes from a total of 4 providers. Lemus was the ONLY one that sent me a written estimate with proof of insurance! After receiving the estimate a rep contacted me a few times to follow up. We chose them and were given a time frame of when the work would be done. The time frame was accurate. The workers were professional..they cleaned up the property well. I would HIGHLY recommend them.

I had a hard time getting a date for the work and it ended up taking a month and was challenging to get a firm start date. The work was done properly.

Owner came out promptly to assess work and provided a professional proposal that was very complete - i.e. explained what would be different on our roof due to upgraded building code and made useful improvement recommendations. One other decent quotation received was within $100 difference - which led to our belief that contractor's price was fair. I had some questions on proposal that were rapidly answered. Office person was knowledgeable and responsive. We requested and received an insurance certificate from contractor's carrier that had us named on certificate (helpful recommendation from Angie's List). Work start was somewhat delayed due to wet weather. All work and cleanup, except for final inspection, was completed within three days, which quite frankly amazed us. Installation started at 7 AM and stopped at 7 PM. Contractor had up 7 workers on roof at times, who were all courteous. Cleanup was meticulous. Dumpster was removed on 4th day. We had requested the dumpster to be placed in street rather than on recently repaved driveway; this was done without any issue. Final inspection yielded some flashing that needed more caulk, which was done without issue. Billing was 1/3 at contract signing, 1/3 at start and final payment upon final inspection (two weeks later). Only suggestion to do different by others would be to confirm all first floor windows would be protected during old roof removal. Most windows were covered, but we had some old shingle particles being thrown from roof fly back towards house which cause some minor damage to window frames. Bottom line: all said this was one of the best contractor experiences that my wife and I have had.

Customer service was great and the team was prompt and professional. I was very happy with the repairs. I thought that the price was a little high but they responded quickly and did a fantastic job. I would use them again if necessary.

Lemus was able to move the work date up by almost 2 weeks. The team that did the work was very good. No issues. In my younger days I did slate repair. The worker that repaired the slate did an excellent job. The gutter install was a bit difficult and required some underlying repair. Completed without a hitch! Thanks Lemus!

Overall excellent, great job, good price will use again.

They are very good at what they do. They are neat, pleasant and very proficient,

Contract signed in mid January but due to weather, the work was not started until mid March. The company kept me informed and once scheduled, showed up promptly. they had to move the start date to accomodate the township building inspector. The company took care of all items including arranging building permit and getting a roll-off. The work was scheduled to be done on Thursday through Saturday, with tear off and start of replacement on Thursday. Completed installation of roofing main roofing materials and skylight on Friday. Ridge vent work, gutters, soffit, trim work and site cleanup completed on Saturday. The roll-off was taken away on Saturday before the contractor left the site. The existing wood on the overhang of the garage was old and ugly. The soffit replacement job in this area was extremely well done. All joints were sealed up with caulk. The trim pieces were finely installed. The area looks so much better than it had. In all other areas where the aluminum was cut and bent the joints were neatly sealed up with caulk. The gutter installation was well done. There are a lot support pieces in the gutter runs. The back of the house gutter has a very long run. The guys angled it nicely from the middle down to either end. It should drain well. They also use wide gutters and downspouts. I called this morning about two questions I had about the skylight and the ridge vent. During that call, they made arrangements to come out this afternoon to meet with me. the project manager showed up exactly as scheduled, answered my questions and was very respectful.

Victor is very professional, fair, eager to please, responds promptly. The shake was installed as recommended by the Cedar Bureau and by other sources we consulted. His workers were diligent, quiet and cleaned up thoroughly every day. The job was done promptly. We remain very happy with the results of their work.

They had a very reasonable quote and quickly made the necessary repairs - very appreciative of their responsiveness and service with house repairs at a time where there was much to clean up with downed landscaping in the yard.

Lemus Construction did our assessment. They presented a project and after discussion and approval, they did as agreed. They were on time with excellent implementation, attitude, and quality. They finished on time. Excellent service.

Lemus Construction came through with the best price out of five other bids. Extras were done at a reasonable price with workers working late to complete the job. I feel I got a quality job at a reasonable price.

This company is fantastic. I have used them on several occasions on both my properties. They are always professional and accomodating both in the office and in the field. The workers are very well skilled and supervised by managers. They take the time to do the job right. In this case my gutters were pouring water all over my deck near the house. They spent several hours really trying to get the pitch right. Now they are perfect! I have had other companies out to pitch these gutters in the past and they never got it right. I also had a complete roof installed on my other apartment. They did a fantastic job. Worked clean and had no issues repairing slight ceiling damage which occurred in the process that was not really their fault. I can't say enough about them. Their prices are very fair too. You cannot go wrong. Wish I could find other contractors as good as this one.

Overall they did an excellent job. They covered my deck and all my landscaping before removal of the old shingles. They cleaned up the yard pretty well. I did find a quite few nails stuck in the grass after the job was done. The workers were very polite and did a good job re-shingling the house. A month later I had an issue where a shingle was not yet stuck to one another and was blowing up in the high winds we were having. This is a problem I have on one section of a very steep front peak. It never gets any sun and the shingles were installed in January. I called Lemus and they came out the next day and fixed it.

Roofing team on time, protected sides and deck of home went to work. Did an excellent job on the roof and with the clean-up.

Really good job, had the job in 3 days, 2 mths later GAF master elite roofer came out to inspect finished job. Mario Aguilar, project manager was outstanding, thoroughly explains everything, proposals very clear and professional, very clear to what you were paying for and what you were getting. Highly recommend GAF roof products.

Lemus came when they said and had a full crew working from sunrise to sunset (short winter days). They protected our plantings and did a beautiful job. A new landscape lights were not put back in place.
