Description of Work: complete bathroom and kitchen remodel. Built composite deck and stairs. Blaster repairs,painting and laminate flooring installed. Very nice job in all areas,we couldn't be happier

 + 6 moreThe first project was installing the deck on the river built with Azek composite deck material.I get tons of compliments on this deck. Solid and well built as well as beautiful. .Completion was a month later than expected partially because the laminate wasn't included in the original contracting. The bathroom is small and Jim built a nice walk in shower completely tiled and tile flooring. The workmanship was excellent and the results are quite nice. The kitchen involved removal a wall to open the dining and kitchen into one space usin a counter with cabinets as a peninsula. The cabinets are made of rustic hickory and are eye catching. Jim and his crew installed everything including appliances,sink ,lighting and a subway tile floor. Once again excellent workmanship and everting is beautiful.We were able to go to Prosource wholesaler with Jim to pick out any type of flooring or wall tile you might want. The selection is excellent. We were not living on sight when the remodel was done so I cannot speak to that aspect of what it would be like to be living there as he worked. Jim is a very nice fellow as were all of the workers he used during the project. The net result is we are very happy we chose Leri construction and would use him again in the future
Description of Work: Built a 16'x16' deck on my riverbank with steps to the river. Gutted and fully remodeled my kitchen and bath and installed laminate flooring throughout my downstairs living area.

 + 2 moreOverall, our experience with Jim was very positive. There are some concerns about the Azec decking that we used, but it has nothing to do with Jim's installation. Jim is working with us and Azec to address our concerns. My husband and I would highly recomment Jim and his company for any contracting work you need.
Description of Work: Jim Leri designed and built a covered porch and deck off of our second story. He came up with the idea of how to construct the roof so that we could provide maximum height but were constrained by the location of our upstairs bedroom/bath windows. The result was a three season room with a fireplace and built-in grill and then an adjoining octagonal deck that leads down to a flagstone patio which was already there. Underneath the deck is a concrete patio that provides access to our basement. Jim handled everything for us including providing his input to the Structural Engineer who did the drawings for permit submission. Jim and his crew of four did most of the work but he did sub out the excavation, masonry, concrete, electrical and plumbing (gas line) that were needed. Jim is a true craftsman. There were many finishing touches that he did because he was vested in making this project as attractive and functional as possible. He added trim and other custom touches that were above and beyond what we originally envisioned. We are thoroughly enjoying our new outdoor living area, and are hoping to use it as late into the winter season as possible.
