 + 0 moreIt went well. They showed up on time, they were pleasant and personable, and there was no mess. That is, they used their own water and it was recycled back into thier van. They got out some stains I had given up on. On the whole, the carpets looked good, especially in the minivan. Also, there was no perfume smell when they were done - no smell at all - which I very much liked. I would certainly use them again.
Description of Work: Cleaned carpets in large finished basement (about 1000 sq ft) as well as two sets of stairs, a hall, the master bedroom and bath, and the family room. Just had them clean high traffic, visible areas. Finally, they cleaned the filthy carpet and upholstery in my 10 year old minivan
