Description of Work: Called them to come look at a roof that was leaking. They made the appointment for December 16th 2:30 pm. They didn't show and they didn't call to reschedule.

Although initial response (to get a bid) was slow, once we got them engaged they were very responsive and appeared to do an excellent job (time will tell). Once started, they returned daily to complete the job. Cleaned up every day, explained what they were doing during the job, friendly. Foreman came back a week or so after completion to inspect the work and make sure I was ok with everything that was done.

Description of Work: Removed gutters damaged by ice build-up from winter storms. Replaced/installed seamless gutters/spouts. Workers showed up on time and completed work within 2 hours. Very satisfied with the work.

Description of Work: They performed a roof inspection and fixed the problem. I would have given them an A rating, were it not for a general lack of good communication skills. I had to contact them several times to confirm an appointment. They failed to show up on the ay of the inspection and did not give me any notice. When they did the roof inspection, I was expecting them to identify the problem and to let me know my options on the best repair. The repairs the problem without presenting me with any options.

Description of Work: I had this contractor do a roof repair on my house, from Hurricane Sandy wind damage and they did a great job. Very nice to deal with, good quality work and price was very reasonable. Would use them again and will recommend to others.

Description of Work: I had a leaky roof and expected it would be a big problem, especially since this was noticed after Hurricane Sandy. But the person who did the estimate found it was a damaged pipe collar, which was a long standing problem, called me from the top of the roof on my cell, gave me an estimate and finished the job right away. Quick and clean.

Description of Work: Alan Kunsman replaced 5 windows in a 80 year old home with Harvey windows. Maybe there are better windows than Harvey, but I already have several Harvey windows in my house, and I am very happy with them. They did an excellent job capping under the brick arches over the windows on the first floor. They did a great job cleaning up the 80 years of paint that went flying when they took the original windows out. And, they replaced 5 windows for less than others would replace 4.

Description of Work: Arrived on time and Mr.kunsman found the source of the leak that day. One of his men came and repaired it within the week.

Our AC repairman said that the bricks around our fireplace on the roof were cracked and the flashing needed to be repaired. Called company 4 times before they called back. Told me it would take them two weeks to come down and do an estimate. Decided to use another company.
