Woodchuckers did a fantastic job grinding tree stumps at our home! They were extremely hard workers. Same day quote and next day service! Highly recommend!!!

Absolutely TREEmendous company! We had two huge pines in front of our house, one was dead and the other was half dead. Both were located in between power lines, our house and our neighbors house. Every storm I prayed that they didn’t fall on our house, on the power lines, or on one of our neighbor’s houses. And we had 3 big pines in between our pool and our neighbor’s shed. All seemed like difficult removals. In one day, while my husband and I were at work, they removed all 5 trees. I was amazed. The next day they came back and ground all the stumps. I could believe how industrious and fast this husband and wife team were! They were very nice, friendly people, who were professional and really seemed to enjoy their work. They were actually the third tree service we called and seemed very grateful for the work. The first company we called said they would give us an estimate and never came, after numerous phone calls. The second service came, but never got back to us with an estimate, again we called numerous times and all they would tell us is how busy they were. Woodchucker’s came when they said they were going to, gave us a fast and very reasonable estimate (much lower than my husband and I thought it would be) and showed up to do the work faster than I expected. It is great to do business with a company that actually makes you say “WOW!” I don’t find that happens often anymore. I highly recommend them! I will try to add photos of before and after so that you can see the incredible job they did!

The crew of WoodChuckers worked for 2 days removing our 2 very large, tall pine trees. We had an emergency situation as one tree was leaning toward our house. Rob made us a priority and literally came the next day. They did a great job and cleaned up the entire area. I highly recommend them!

I hired Woodchuckers Tree Service to cut down two partially fallen trees in my woods. I would say that it was a difficult job, but they made it look easy. They were prompt, efficient, and very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this company for any tree services needed!

Rob and team did an out standing job. They removed a large tree with a difficult lean towards my house. They respectful of the surrounding tree's and successfuly completed the work without damaging any of the surrounding trees. My wife also pleased with how they engaged and conducted business with her.

They did a great job and completed the work in a short period of time. They also were thorough in the clean-up of my driveway of wood chips.

It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Rob, from the first phone call to the initial estimate to ultimately scheduling and performing the work. He and his crew were the ultimate professionals. Rob formulated a plan and the team executed it with precision, skill, and just a lot of tedious and back-breaking work. Rob is a fantastic communicator and took the time to educate us on identifying and caring for other trees around the property; a service that I assume most other arborists would charge for. His wealth of knowledge is extensive and the work is impeccable. You will not be disappointed.

It was a major job and they did a fantastic job. They cut it all up into pieces so it was not so unsightly. They through it back further into the woods as I had requested. I would definitely use them again.

I have nothing but good things to say about my experience hiring Woodchuckers to remove my tree. Their price seemed the most appropriate for the work, so I chose them among the estimates I received. Not so cheap that I worried about the quality of the work, not so expensive that I felt ripped off. From the beginning Robert was clear that they had a backlog of customers and made sure I was OK with waiting. I was, but honestly expected that I would have to keep calling them to make sure they didn't forget about me, as is the case with so many service providers I've worked with. I was pleasantly surprised when Robert called me several times just to let me know I was still on his list. I've never had someone do that before! Last weekend, he called and asked if he could take care of cutting down my tree that day. His crew took it out quickly and efficiently, leaving almost no mess and only a very small stump. He let me know they'd be back another day soon to grind the stump. Today, he showed up with the stump grinder and finished the job. To my eye, they cleared a good depth - not just down to the surface - and were conscientious about also clearing a few spots where there were exposed roots. They even got the stump grinder unhooked and back off of the trailer when they saw another root. A lot of others might have moved on like they hadn't seen it rather than be inconvenienced. After the grinding was done they impressed me one more time by doing a very thorough job of cleaning up the chips and dirt thrown by the grinder. Again, others may not have spent as much time leaving a clean area behind, but they obviously care about the quality of the job far more than trying to get in and out quickly and improving their profit margin. I am so satisfied with the work these guys did that I almost wish I had more trees to be removed. I will not hesitate to call them next time.

Arrived on time. Removed and hauled peach tree. Pruned a pear tree that was out of control; wasn't sure how it would do later in the spring, but the tree has thrived and we have a decent crop of pears on the tree this summer. Will definitely call Woodchuckers for future tree trimming and removal.

We hired Woodchuckers to remove a large tree in our backyard, and were very pleased with their service. The tree had a long split in the trunk, and we were concerned that it might fall and cause damage to our neighbor's property. Woodchuckers was very responsive to our calls and inquiries. They fit us into their schedule quickly and gave us a fair and reasonable price. They did a very clean and thorough job - they cut down the tree, hauled away all of the branches and debris, and ground the stump completely. Woodchuckers did an excellent job and we would highly recommend them to anyone in need of tree services.

Rob did a larger tree job at my property in the past so I was familiar with his work. He came out this time and gave me a reasonable quote. We agreed to get this done but due to schedule changes was delayed a bit and then I rescheduled it for another time. He is a great guy with excellent work ethics and professionalism. He has a small business and I like that he is personable and takes great pride and interest in what he does.

The Woodchuckers Tree Service responded promptly. They gave us a very reasonable estimate and were able to handle the removal of trees sooner than other arborists that we contacted. They showed up promptly as promised and did a very good job. I was particularly impressed with how they removed a tree that was leaning on the roof of the house. They used another tree as sort of a tower from which, using a set of pulleys they gently lifted that tree up and lowered it to the ground. Thus no damage was done to the house. Before they left, they cleaned the entire area where the trees were standing. We would highly recommend them to others. Good people!

Owner Rob, and helper Chris, were great guys to work with. Once they got onsite (delayed due to equipment problems, weather and ??) they worked great, were efficient, friendly and also cleaned up the entire area. We will definitely consider using "Woodchuckers" again. Our only issue was the delay in starting. After a few phone calls explaining their start date would be delayed, there was no contact, and we had to call them several weeks later to get things going. This was a minor issue and overall we were very pleased with the service. Thanks Rob.

Rob was extremely professional and kind when I initially spoke to him. I really liked the fact that he was an arborist and was not only interested in helping us remove a diseased tree, but also ways to keep and preserve other trees on our property. He talked to us about tree health and importance of proper landscaping techniques which no one had ever passed along to us before in more than 25 years of home ownership. He arrived on time for both presentation of his bid and performing the work. He has an assistant who was also engaging and talked to us like we were more than just a customer getting a job completed. His bid, although not the lowest, definitely was worth it when you consider his work ethic and professionalism. The price was also right in line with others who did not even offer to grind the stump after the tree was removed. He and his crew will be coming back to do additional work for us in the future. We would gladly recommend Rob and his team.

Rob removed five large trees from my front yard. The trees were close to my house and power lines. Rob removed the trees quickly and without any impact to the house or power lines. This is the second time I have hired Woodchuckers. Rob and his crew are very skilled at tree removal. They did a great job both times and left my property clean and free of debris. My neighbors even commented on how skillfully Rob was able to bring down the trees.
