I am the Facilities Manager at a manufacturing company in Mentor, Ohio. We contracted Levi and Dennis to install a new spray foam roof system on our 85,000 sq ft roof. The Zook's team did an excellent job removing the old roof and installing the Conklin roof. After struggling with roof leaks the past few years; we no longer have any leaks with the new roof. Levi, Dennis, Andy, Emanuel, Marty, and everyone on their team were very easy to work with throughout the entire project. They did an amazing job answering all of my questions, addressing all of my concerns, and their customer service is second to none. I highly recommend Zook's Construction for any roofing job you need done.

This is, quite frankly, the best experience I have ever had with a contractor. Their estimate listed everything that they were going to do, including clean up and finishing work. Mr Zook helped and made suggestions about things I didn't understand about the materials and construction in a way that was extremely helpful, and if I had questions or requests they were handled promptly and expertly. They came in and did the work quickly and professionally,and the owner kept me up to date on their progress and time schedule. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely be hiring them for any further projects I need done.

Very professional. they came in the morning and were finished by the afternoon. They cleaned up everything. The men were very nice and know their job. I have recommended them to others. Very pleased with the roof.

Awesome group of guys. Very nice, easy and fun to work with. I had gotten estimates from other contractors for just the house and one garage. We were able to replace the house and two garages for the same price with Zook's. Since we were doing a complete tear off and replace I was expecting a huge mess. Levi and the guys cleaned up daily and even managed not to crush the hostas planted around the garage. They replaced the roof on my house as well as two garages in just over a week, even working through some of the lesser rain showers we had this year. They also replaced two skylights so quickly I almost didn't even notice the old ones gone and zero mess inside the house. I will be calling Levi again next year as we will be looking to replace the siding on the house and both garages.

Mr Zooks work crews are polite and efficient. They did a 105 foot in length in a day and a half and for an intermediate price for this area my white roof looks great and will be a huge complement to my house once I have the done
