HYLAND TECHNOLOGIES

I called and very quickly, was given a return call. Hyland came to where I work, picked up my tower, and took to their shop. They ran scans, found viruses, and removed a tool bar that was causing me lots of headaches. I am sitting at my computer now, and it is back to being quick and responsive. During the time they worked on it, I received a phone call to let me know how it was going. All of our interchanges were extremely pleasant, and their customer service was impeccable. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

I started having system slowness issues with my computer and I called Best Buy who said it would take approx 1 week for the repair and they may have to reformat my hard drive? and if so, I would probably loose all my information. A friend suggested Hyland Technologies. I called them on Thursday evening at 7:00 PM and someone answered the phone! I was very pleased that I didn't get an answering service or machine. I found out Hyland Technologies is a family owned company and customer service is VERY important to them! I told the technician about the problem and he suggested bringing the laptop over to the office for an evaluation the next morning. I did just that and within 24 hrs the system was back in my hands. It hasn't run better since. Tom, the owner, gave me a few simple steps to keep my computer running smoothly, which I have continued to do. I would recommend Hyland Technologies to my friends.
