 + -1 moreTwo men in two trucks arrived within a half an hour after I requested service. They identified the problem, a bad switch, and replaced it within a half an hour. Labor cost was $155, parts $20 and a site charge plus 15 minutes (I think they charge to drive the trucks to site) was $155. Total $225. Adam checked the well itself and they informed me that in future, because my well is extra deep, they would have to pull the pump out to fix it.

 + -1 moreWe had Keyes out to do a well inspection and a water analysis on a home we are purchasing. I was very pleased with the entire experience. Scheduling was very easy, they were on-time, and the inspector was extremely thorough. He answered all of my questions as I've never had a well before and explained each component of the system. The water analysis came back within 2 days as well. Overall I was very satisfied and would highly recommend Keyes for any well/water needs.

 + -1 moreLate on a Friday night my well water just completely stopped. I called in Keyes as they had inspected my home prior to purchase in July and one of their guys came out early Saturday AM. Of course I was afraid the pump was completely shot, but the technician spent a couple of hours to properly diagnose the problem which turned out to only be a couple of rather inexpensive parts. Very responsive, professional service and a fair price (especially considering it was a weekend) and no run around at all. They could very easily have taken me for a ride but didn't.
Description of Work: Replaced a pressure switch and other valve on well water system.

 + -1 morehistory of Angie's List reviews shows this firm uses coliform results as an immediate tool to get seller to pay for a $2000 installation treatment system and also an overpriced $400 chlorine shock treatment for home systems. Retesting should be ordered if you ever find this company was used in a real estate inspection.

 + -1 moreVery well. They answered our many questions, took our phone calls promptly, came out on short notice when we needed them to, and, in all, did a great job helping to get our well up and running.
Description of Work: The home we bought had been vacant for approximately 8 months. They shocked the well in our new home with chlorine to remove bacteria, replaced the filters, and educated us on the well and filters.
