Fast forward to today…..6/17/24 Well, I contacted Jacob today for an electrical need and he came promptly & fixed my issue. If anyone is Reading this review, please give The Electrical Company and Jacob a try. The rate was reasonable and the customer service was excellent. Thank you, Jacob! Boy…..did I miss judge this company. I have taken my 5 star review down to a 1. Very disappointing…..after a week my problem reoccurred. I rescheduled an appointment with Jacob; but Jacob never showed up. I called the next day to reschedule “again” ; but Jacob never picked up the call or returned my message.
