Description of Work: Talked aboit service and purchased parts. The owner Ryan will lie aboit being the owner and defers all questions to "corporate" when there is no coporate and he is the owner.

They had hidden fees for services and the cost of things were about their competitors average costs.They are rude and not very nice to people. For some reason the owner chooses to claim he has to speak to corporate for some prices but there is no corporate as he is the sole owner. Don't know why you would hide that you are the owner and claim corporate. Also there is a lot of unlicensed decals and merchandise stickers around the shop.
Description of Work: Asked about cost to take a virus out and some things to buy.
